KTRCD: Preserves and Pickling

The Klamath-Trinity Resource Conservation District in collaboration with Hupa Family Resource Center and Kima:w Medical Center Diabetes Management Program is offering a series of Food Preservation classes to Hoopa youth, ages 10 to 18, each class is limited to 15 slots. Youth must attend all sessions to receive the pressure canner incentive.
More to know about storing foods. The Fruit Preserves and Pickling Class is today from 8am to Noon at the Kima:w Diabetes Building.
