In this segment Chairman Ryan Jackson continues the FY-2016 Tribal Budget presentation. He gives a summary of the afternoon topics and invites comments from those present. A discussion of Carbon Credits possibilities is opened for a brief discussion, TEPA Director Ken Norton, Councilman Bradley Marshall and Chairman Ryan Jackson present current known information. An idea for property taxation of non-tribal member land owners is discussed. The need for drug treatment and a local site for Recovery patients is briefly discussed. Chairman Ryan Jackson opens the floor to Tribal Planner, Joe Davis to present the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy item on the agenda. Grant writer Megan Rocha is introduced to facilitate the slide show presentation of the CEDS.
