In this first part we hear the introduction of the broadcast by station manager Joseph Orozco, the opening prayer by Councilman Shane McCollough. Chairman Ryan Jackson welcome the people and introduces the seated Tribal Council members. In this segment the chairman gives the State of the Tribe, an overview of the findings from the July 11, 2016 General Meeting and begins the presentation of the FY 2016 Tribal Budget.
